Every participant will receive a confirmation of his booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow any online registration and a subsequent final confirmation will be sent by email once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. If you do not receive a confirmation, please send an email to info@eventura.be to make sure that we have received your booking.
Within two weeks from the confirmation, an invoice for your participation will be sent by the BCLAS accounting department. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.
All registrations which have been confirmed by BCLAS are considered valid registrations, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After this period, cancellation fees are due.
Only registered participants will have access to all services provided by the Symposium Secretariat.
The official symposium language is English.
This year marks an important change: there will be no simultaneous translation. We appreciate your understanding as we transition to this new format and encourage everyone to engage fully in the language of the event.
Neither BCLAS nor Eventura will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage and injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
During the event, pictures and video footage might be taken by BCLAS for future promotional use. By visiting the symposium, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights. Please note that taking pictures of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden.
If you accept to use the PhotoCircle App, pictures will be used for promotion only within the symposium.
