In order to submit your abstract, select “Abstract submission” under the “Registration” menu. Log in using your registration number (received upon registration) as well as your e-mail address. Select “Abstract Submission” and “Add”.
The pdf will be inserted in the virtual programme book as shown on the preview. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to fill in all data correctly and completely. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
You can have access to your poster via the website and make changes to it, until submission deadline, by using your registration number and email address as indicated at registration.
All participants are strongly encouraged to share their scientific work with laboratory animals or on New Approach Methodologies. The scientific committee is especially interested in all work that can benefit others to optimize animal welfare and culture of care in their organisation and/or that can help with the advancement of 3Rs.

The abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance and the accepted abstracts will be published in the virtual programme book.
Participants wishing to contribute with an oral communication or a poster presentation should submit their abstract by March 23, 2026. The abstracts should be submitted via the abstract submission tool available on this website.
The preference between oral communication or poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process. Out of the submitted proposals, about 10 oral communications will be selected by the scientfic committee. The selection of the Oral Communications will be announced mid-April 2025.
Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape).
A final poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author. This number also determines the order for the 3-minute oral pitch presentation the author is required to give on 23 April (see symposium programme).
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
The presenters selected for an Oral Communication will be invited to present their work in the main auditorium. They will have 3 minutes and a maximum of 3 slides to present their work. The slides should be sent to the symposium secretariat (info@eventura.be) before Friday April 17 at the end of the day.
